Tangerine Aperol Sour with Tomami #2
Tangerine Aperol Sour from Torben Ebert and Tomami

Ingredients for 1 person

Hint

  • 3 tangerine segments + one to garnish
  • 4 cl dry gin
  • 1 cl honey syrup
  • 2.5 cl lime juice
  • 2 cl Aperol
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ tsp TOMAMI #2

Preparation

Set aside one tangerine segment for decoration.

Put 3 tangerine segments and the honey syrup into a cocktail shaker and crush.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Then shake vigorously again with 2-3 ice cubes. Pour into a glass of your choice with fresh ice cubes and pour through a strainer.

Serve with the tangerine slice.
