Ingredients for 4 persons

700 g mixed tomatoes (e.g. cherry tomatoes, plum tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, yellow tomatoes etc.)
Mini mozzarella balls
basil leaves
chives (optional)
salt
1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
1.5 tbsp. TOMAMI #1
3 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

Halve the tomatoes depending on their size or cut into slices. Place the tomatoes and mozzarella on a serving plate, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and chives , sprinkle with olive oil and TOMAMI #1. Serve immediately.
