About TOMAMI
Our tomato essence is the result of a unique process in which sun-ripened tomatoes are reduced to their essence by centrifugation and gentle heating. This highly concentrates the natural flavor contained in the tomatoes. The valuable essence is bottled in Germany in careful manual work and is ready for your kitchen.
Keep refrigerated after opening. With longer storage, the color becomes darker and the taste more intense. This ripening process is a sign of quality.
