Vegetarian Broth No. 1 with TOMAMI Würzstoff by Cetina Vicenzino

For 1 liter of broth

  • 1,5 tbsp TOMAMI Würzstoff 🛒
  • 20 g parmesan rind
  • 10 g organic lemon peel, peeled off in one piece without white pith (not grated)
  • 1 stalk of marjoram, or parsley stalks or basil leaves as desired
  • sea-salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Add 1 liter of water to a saucepan with the parmesan rind, lemon peel and the TOMAMI Würzstoff 🛒 and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper just before the end of boiling.

Strain the broth and serve immediately or use in another dish.
