Vegetarian Broth No. 1

For 1 liter of broth
- 1,5 tbsp TOMAMI Würzstoff 🛒
- 20 g parmesan rind
- 10 g organic lemon peel, peeled off in one piece without white pith (not grated)
- 1 stalk of marjoram, or parsley stalks or basil leaves as desired
- sea-salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Add 1 liter of water to a saucepan with the parmesan rind, lemon peel and the TOMAMI Würzstoff 🛒 and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper just before the end of boiling.
Strain the broth and serve immediately or use in another dish.
