Trevisano Crostini with Tomami Honey

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 1 Trevisano radicchio rosso
• 4 slices of bread
• olive oil
• camembert
• thyme
• salt, pepper
• 1 tbsp. Tomami Tomato
• 1 tbsp. honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir the honey with Tomami. Cut the radicchio rosso Trevisano into quarters and blanch in hot water for 2 minutes. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil, add the camembert slices, the Trevisano quarters and fresh thyme. Briefly brown under the grill. Season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Drizzle with the Tomami-honey mixture and enjoy.
