Ingredients for 4 persons

4 avocados
1 lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons TOMAMI #2
salt
pepper
white and black sesame seeds

Instructions

Cut open the avocados and remove the kernels. Halve or quarter and brush with lemon juice. Mix the olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, TOMAMI #2, salt and pepper to make a dressing and divide between the avocados. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
