
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 rib eye steak 350 g
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp TOMAMI No.1 🛒
- 1/2 tbsp TOMAMI Würzstoff 🛒
- salt & pepper
- 50 ml of cream
- 250 g spinach leaves
- 100 g small tomatoes
- 250 g gravlax slices
- 100 g creme fraiche
- some cress
Preparation
Grill the steak on both sides over high heat, then cook in the indirect area of the grill at a core temperature of 50 °C.
Peel and grate the sweet potato, then mix with the egg, flour, salt and pepper and make into potato pancakes. Bake the pancakes in a pan or on the grill plate.
Bring the cream and tomatoes to the boil in a pan and season with TOMAMI Würzstoff 🛒 and TOMAMI No.1 🛒. Add the spinach leaves and bring to the boil.
Mix the creme fraiche with salt, pepper and a little cress.
Now arrange everything on the plate.
