Ingredients for 4 persons

400 g spaghetti or linguine
1,5 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
3 anchovy fillets, chopped
400 g chopped tomatoes (1 can)
1 chili, finely chopped
120 g black olives, sliced
1 tbsp. capers
2 tbsp. TOMAMI #2
Parmesan

Instructions

Cook the pasta until al dente. In a pan heat the olive oil, garlic, onion and anchovies. Then add the tomatoes, chili and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the olives, capers and Tomami Tomato. Mix with the spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan.
