TOMAMI GAZPACHO SOUP ANDALUZ

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

2 red peppers
8 ripe tomatoes
2 small cucumbers
1 slice of white bread
Garlic
1/4 l olive oil
1/4 l vinegar
TOMAMI #1
Salt
Bread and vegetables to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds. Put the tomatoes briefly into
boiling water, take them out and remove the skin. Peel the cucumbers. Cut everything into pieces. Peel the garlic and place all the ingredients ….. the vegetables, the slice of white bread the olive oil, the vinegar, the salt together with a little water into a blender and puree. Season with TOMAMI #1 to taste.

Refrigerate.
Serve with finely chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions and bread cubes.
