
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp salted almonds
- 1 small watermelon or half a large watermelon (well chilled!)
- 5 tbsp liquid honey
- 1-2 tsp TOMAMI Scharfe Sauce CHILI+GINGER 🛒
- a fistful of rocket leaves
Preparation
Dice the feta and coarsely crush the salted almonds. Halve the melon, cut into 2 cm thick slices (this is best done with a bread knife). Peel and dice the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
Mix the honey, TOMAMI Scharfe Sauce CHILI+GINGER 🛒 and olive oil to make a marinade and briefly marinate the melon cubes. Arrange the melon cubes on a plate; sprinkle with feta and with the salted almonds and rocket leaves.
Tip: tastes good on its own as a cool and invigorating refreshment – also great with air-dried ham or grilled prawns.
