Ingredients for 4 persons

Spring onions
fresh herbs (e.g. basil, parsley, thyme, sage)
Mozzarella
olive oil
juice and rind of one lemon
salt+pepper
TOMAMI #2
Spaghetti

Instructions

Cut the spring onions and chop the herbs finely. Sauté the spring onions briefly in olive oil. Add the herbs and continue frying briefly. Add TOMAMI #2. Mix with the drained pasta, lemon juice and rind and season with salt, pepper and Tomami Tomato. Stir in the mozzarella and eat straight away. Tastes equally good cold.
