
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 packet of filo pastry
- 2 medium sized sweet potatoes
- 2 red onions
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tbsp TOMAMI Hot India 🛒
- 50 g green frozen peas
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander
- Canola or sunflower oil
- TOMAMI Scharfe Sauce CHILI+MANGO 🛒
Preperation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven).
Dice the onions, peppers and sweet potatoes into approx. 0.5 cm cubes. Mix with a pinch of salt, curry powder and 2 tbsp oil. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until soft.
After baking, add the green peas, half the (plucked) coriander and season with TOMAMI Hot India 🛒 and TOMAMI Scharfe Sauce CHILI+MANGO 🛒.
Spread out the pastry, place ca. 1 heaped tablespoon per samosa and form into triangles.
Moisten the edges slightly before sealing and fry until brown at 170 °C.
Serve with mint raita and decorate with the rest of the coriander.
