Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 12 prawns
  • 1 tsp mild smoked paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

For the dip:

  • 1 tbsp TOMAMI No.1 🛒
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 6 tbsp water
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin freshly crushed in a mortar
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 1 finely diced garlic clove
  • black sesame (optional)

Preparation

Sauté the shrimps briefly in a pan and season with smoked paprika, pepper and salt.

To make the dip, mix the remaining ingredients with a hand-held blender.

Serve sprinkled with black sesame.
