Prawns with Tomami-Peanut Dip

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 12 prawns
• 1 tsp. mild smoked paprika powder
• salt
• pepper
• oil
• For the dip: 1 tbsp. Tomami #1
• 3 tbsp. peanut butter
• 2 tbsp. coconut milk
• 6 tbsp. water
• juice of half a lemon
• 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp. cumin freshly crushed in a mortar
• 2 pinches of cinnamon
• 1 finely diced garlic clove
• black sesame (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the shrimps briefly in a pan and season with smoked paprika, pepper and salt. To make the dip, mix the remaining ingredients with a hand-held blender. Serve sprinkled with black sesame.
