
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 300 g pasta
- 150 g ham
- 500 g green asparagus
- 1 avocado
- black olives
- 1 bunch rocket salad
- basil leaves
- spring onions (optional)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- mini mozzarella balls
- salt
- 1/2 tsp coarse pepper
- 2 tbsp TOMAMI No.1 🛒
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then rinse with cold water.
Cut the green asparagus into 3 cm pieces and blanch in hot water until al dente.
Make a dressing with TOMAMI No.1 🛒, olive oil, salt, pepper and the diced garlic.
Arrange all the other ingredients on a large plate and pour over the dressing.
