Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 300 g pasta
• 150 g ham
• 500 g green asparagus
• 1 avocado
• black olives
• 1 bunch rocket salad
• basil leaves
• spring onions (optional)
• 250 g cherry tomatoes
• Mini mozzarella balls
• salt
• 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
• 2 tbsp. Tomami Umami
• 3 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 clove garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then rinse with cold water. Cut the green asparagus into 3 cm pieces and blanch in hot water until al dente. Make a dressing with Tomami Umami, olive oil, salt, pepper and the diced garlic. Arrange all the other ingredients on a large plate and pour over the dressing.
