Meatballs with Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

FOR THE SALAD
• 500 g predominantly waxy potatoes
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 125 ml rapeseed oil
• 125 ml water
• 125 ml of vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of mustard
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons TOMAMI #1 (buy here)
• Chives

FOR THE MEAT BALLS
• 500 g minced meat
• 1 onion
• 1 slice of toast
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 1 egg
• 1 level tablespoon of salt
• Pepper
• 2 tablespoons of TOMAMI #1 (buy here)

INSTRUCTIONS

To make the salad
Cook the potatoes in salted water for approx. 25 minutes. Mix together the other ingredients in a bowl. Peel the potatoes and put them into the bowl. Mix, leave to infuse and season with salt, pepper and TOMAMI #1. Decorate with chives.

To make the meatballs
Chop the onion finely and cut the toast into cubes. Mix all the ingredients together to make a meat dough. Form the meatballs and fry in rapeseed oil on a medium heat from both sides.
