Burrata with Tomami

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 1 Burrata
• 1-2 tbsp. Tomami Umami
• Fleur de Sel
• pepper
• good quality olive oil
• fresh figs
• basil
• paprika (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Open the burrata in the middle and drizzle with olive oil and Tomami. Season with pepper and sea salt. Sprinkle with paprika and basil leaves. Serve with fresh figs and Italian white bread for dipping.
