Ingredients for 1 persons

  • 1 Burrata
  • 1–2 tbsp TOMAMI No.2 🛒
  • Fleur de Sel
  • pepper
  • good quality olive oil
  • fresh figs
  • basil
  • paprika

Preparation

Open the burrata in the middle and drizzle with olive oil and TOMAMI No.2 🛒.

Season with pepper and sea salt. Sprinkle with paprika and basil leaves.

Serve with fresh figs and Italian white bread for dipping.
