
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 cauliflower head
- 120 g flour
- 200 ml almond milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- breadcrumbs (seasoned with salt)
- TOMAMI Hot India 🛒
- vegan crème fraîche
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 230 ° C (top / bottom heat).
Divide the cauliflower into florets. Mix the flour, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place another bowl containing the breadcrumbs alongside.
Briefly dip the florets into the batter one after the other, then roll them in breadcrumbs until completely covered.
Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast for approx. 22 minutes. Remove from the oven; serve immediately with a TOMAMI Hot India 🛒 and crème fraîche dip.
