Because with its intense aromatic note, our seasoning sauce enhances any meat or plant-based gravy. It also heartily refines broths, soups, or stews.

TOMAMI Bayern contains only the best spices from the Altes Gewürzamt spice manufactory in Klingenberg and TOMAMI No.1, which is extracted from over 1.5 kg of tomatoes per bottle and ensures a full-bodied, spicy taste.

The seasoning sauce is purely plant-based ✔︎, vegan ✔︎, gluten-free ✔︎, and without flavor enhancers ✔︎. It is handmade and bottled in Germany.

Application:

  • For meat gravies: Add 1-2 tbsp to the gravy
  • As a base for vegan gravy: 2 tbsp to 200 ml plant-based cuisine
  • As a base for broths and soups: 1-2 tbsp to 100 ml water
