Vegan wings
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
1 cauliflower head
120 g flour
200 ml almond milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
Breadcrumbs (seasoned with salt)
Tomami Hot India
Crème fraîche
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 230 ° C (top / bottom heat). Divide the cauliflower into florets. Mix the flour, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place another bowl containing the breadcrumbs alongside. Briefly dip the florets into the batter one after the other, then roll them in
breadcrumbs until completely covered. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast for approx. 22 minutes. Remove from the oven; serve immediately with a Tomami Hot India and crème fraîche dip.
