1-2 onions
2 cloves garlic
300 g cream (for vegans soy cream, oat cream or rice cream)
2-3 tbsp Vegami (buy here)
Salt and pepper
Frozen peas (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté the onions and garlic, add cream (for vegans soy cream, oat cream or rice cream) and a dash of Vegami, pepper and salt. If using, add the frozen peas…. Allow to boil down slightly – ready to serve.
