VEGAN “LIVER SAUSAGE” WITH TOMAMI SEASONING SAUCE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
1 tbsp oil
1 onion
175 g smoked tofu, diced
250 g cooked kidney beans
2 tsp marjoram
2 pinches of ground caraway seeds
1.5 tbsp TOMAMI Seasoning Sauce (buy here)
0.75 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes. Puree in a blender together with all the other ingredients to create a creamy texture. If necessary,
add a little oil or soy cream. Adjust the taste as required – ready to serve!
Stored in the refrigerator, the spread will keep for 3-4 days.
