TOMAMI BAYERN PEA SOUP

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

250 g dried peas
2 tbsp. oil
1 bundle of soup greens
1 onion
2 Potatoes
2 tbsp. TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami)
2 pairs of Wiener sausages
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the peas in water overnight. Finely dice the soup greens and the onion and sauté in heated oil for about 5 minutes. Add the peas (without the soaking water) and deglaze with 1.5 l water. Cook for about 30 minutes. Peel the potatoes, dice, add and simmer for another 15 minutes. Season with TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami), salt and pepper and serve with hot Wiener sausages and fresh parsley.
