Turkey kebabs with Mango Salsa
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 500 g turkey inner fillet
• Cayenne pepper
• flesh of 2 mangoes
• 1 red chili pepper
• 1 red pepper
• 1 handful of cilantro leaves
• 1 red onion
• 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
• 2-3 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tablespoon Tomami® Umami
• salt + pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely dice the mangoes. Halve the chili, remove stem and seeds and cut finely. Finely chop the red pepper and onion. Chop the cilantro. Mix all ingredients with lime juice and oil and season with Tomami® Umami, salt and pepper. Cut the turkey fillet lengthwise into strips; thread onto wooden skewers and season with cayenne pepper. Sauté In a pan with rapeseed oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with some of the salsa and offer the remaining salsa on the side
