Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• zest of one organic lemon
• ½ tbsp Tomami® Tomato
• salt, pepper
• 160g tuna fillets without oil
• 1 stick of celery
• ½ tart apple, e.g. Granny Smith
• wholemeal bread
• red onion slices
• cucumber
• watercress

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir the mayonnaise with the yogurt, lemon juice and lemon zest; season with Tomami® Tomato, salt and pepper. Separate the tuna pieces with a fork, then add the finely sliced celery and the grated apple. Enjoy with dark bread, slices of red onion, slices of cucumber and watercress.
