TOMATO TART WITH TOMAMI
Ingredients for 4 persons
Ingredients
• Packet of puff pastry
• 2 large tomatoes
• 10 yellow and red cherry tomatoes
• 125 g ricotta
• 2 tbsp TOMAMI # 2
• 1 egg yolk
• Salt
• Coarse ground pepper
• Some Basil leaves
Instructions
Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal-sized rectangles. Spread the ricotta on the bases, leaving an approx. 1 cm wide border. Cut the tomatoes into slices and also spread on the bases. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the edges with the beaten egg and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve warm with Tomami # 2 (Tomato) and basil.
