TOMAMI & BAYERN CHRISTMAS MENU STARTER
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 200g sliced roast beef
• 2 tbsp. TOMAMI No.2
• 1 red pepper
• 3 tbsp. truffle oil
• some fresh truffles (optional)
• 1 dash of lemon juice
• chilli
• parsley
• basil
• salt + pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry the red pepper slices in a pan, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Mix the dressing using TOMAMI No.2 , truffle oil, lemon juice and chilli. Serve with roast beef and red pepper slices on a platter, grate the truffles (if using), pour over dressing and sprinkle with the fresh herbs.
