TOMAMI TOSCANA TAGLIATELLE WITH “CHOPPED SAUCE” AND SALSICCIA

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

6 dried tomatoes in oil
8 black olives
1 tsp. capers
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
4 salsiccia sausages
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
250 g tagliatelle (or other favourite noodles!)
3 tablespoons Tomami Toscana
1 tsp. honey
A handful of rocket salad
Half a bunch of parsley
Freshly grated Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

Finely chop the tomatoes, olives and capers. Peel the onion and garlic and finely dice. Heat the oven to 80 degrees. Fry the salsiccia sausages in olive oil a pan for 8-10 minutes over medium heat. Keep warm in the oven.

Boil the pasta water with salt in a large saucepan and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Sauté the onions and garlic in the salsiccia fat, then add the remaining prepared ingredients and sauté. Mix Tomami Toscana with 2 tablespoons of water and the honey, add to the pan and bring to a boil.

Roughly chop the rocket leaves and parsley. Strain the noodles and add to the pan while still hot and dripping wet. Add the rocket and parsley; mix everything together. Season the pasta with salt, if necessary, and serve with the salsiccia sausages and freshly grated Parmesan. Decorate with a few parsley leaves (optional).

TIP
The pasta can also be prepared with Tomami # 1 or Tomami # 2.
