Tomami herb bread

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 200 g butter, softened
• 1 tablespoon TOMAMI # 1
• 1 bunch of chives
• 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
• lemon peel from an organic lemon
• 1-2 cloves garlic
• salt
• pepper
• large bread rolls or a small loaf of bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the softened butter with Tomami® Umami, lemon peel, finely chopped herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Then cut deeply into the bread vertically and horizontally. Spread the herb butter into the cut surfaces. Bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 180 ° C.

Goes well with a dip of sour cream, with grilled dishes or as finger food at a buffet party.
