TOMAMI Chocolate Sticks
Ingredients for 4 persons
100 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp. TOMAMI #1
1 packet of Grissini
Sea Salt Flakes
Sugar Pearls
Instructions
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt by stirring over water vapour. Add TOMAMI #1, partially glaze the grissini, place on a rack to dry and sprinkle with sea salt flakes and sugar pearls.
