Tomami and sage and orange butter

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 250 g sour cream butter
• 4 tablespoons Tomami® Tomato
• pepper

Ingredients for the sage and orange butter:
• 250 g sour cream butter
• ½ organic orange
• 1 handful sage leaves
• 1 small onion
• salt
• pepper
• Tomami® Umami

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the butter (at room temperature) with Tomami® Tomato and pepper in a blender. Put in the fridge to harden. Goes well with grilled meats, pasta, bread or potatoes. The butter can be refined further by the addition of fresh basil, garlic powder and salt, as required. For the sage and orange butter take away one tablespoon of the butter and heat in a pan; chop the onion and sage very finely, then sauté in the heated butter. Season with 2-3 tsp salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons Tomami Umami, 1 teaspoon orange zest, 2 tablespoons orange juice. Stir in the remaining room warm butter. Season to taste and chill. Goes well with grilled meats, pasta, bread or potatoes.
