Three types of Tomami butter

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

For the Tomami butter

• 125 g softened butter
• 3 tbsp. Tomami Tomato
• 1 clove garlic (finely diced)
• Salt and pepper

For the Tomami butter with herbs

• 125 g softened butter
• 1 tbsp. Tomami Umami
• grated peel of an organic lemon
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic (finely diced)
• chives
• parsley
• basil (finely chopped)
• Salt

For the Tomami butter with curry

• 125 g softened butter
• 2 tbsp. Tomami Umami
• 1,5 tsp. curry powder
• 1 tsp. ginger (very small cubes)
• 1 tbsp. coriander (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the softened butter with the respective remaining ingredients using a fork. Place on a waxed paper sheet and make into a roll. Place in the refrigerator until hard.
