SYMPHONY EN ROSE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
140 g raspberries
4 tsp. Tomami # 1 (buy here (https://tomami.eu/produkte/2/tomami-1-umami/))
240 g vanilla ice cream
2 tsp. olive oil
Granola (crunchy muesli)
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the raspberries and put into a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water. Heat for 3-4 minutes; add TOMAMI and remove from the heat. Put the ice cream into a bowl and pour over the raspberry sauce, sprinkle with olive oil and granola.
