SPICY BEETROOT SOUP

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

1 large onion
1 tbsp. oil
3 medium-sized beetroots, pre-cooked
200 ml orange juice
Tomami Hot India to taste
100 ml cream
1 apple
Chilli threads

INSTRUCTIONS

Glaze the finely chopped onion in a large saucepan with oil until it turns colour. Add the cubed beetroot, pour in the orange juice and 700 ml of water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with Tomami Hot India (spicy!) and salt. Serve with cream, fried apple slices and chilli threads.
