SPAETZLE WITH MUSHROOMS AND TOMAMI BAYERN

Ingredients for 4 persons
- 2 onions
- 550 g mushrooms
- 200 g broccoli
- 400 g spaetzle (fresh product)
- crème fraîche
- Mountain cheese (grated)
- rapeseed oil, salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp thyme
- TOMAMI Bayern
- parsley
Preparation
Creamy, hearty and full of flavour! Mushrooms, broccoli & TOMAMI Bavaria make this spaetzle pan a feel-good meal.
Dice the onions, slice the mushrooms and sauté in 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.
Divide the broccoli into small florets and add with 1 tbsp thyme, salt & pepper.
Add the spaetzle to the pan and fry for 5 mins.
Then fold in 2 tbsp crème fraîche and 2 tbsp grated mountain cheese until everything is nice and creamy.
Season to taste with TOMAMI Bayern, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
