Spätzle mit Pilzen von Laura Lemm-Wisnewski mit TOMAMI Bayern

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 2 onions
  • 550 g mushrooms
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 400 g spaetzle (fresh product)
  • crème fraîche
  • Mountain cheese (grated)
  • rapeseed oil, salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • TOMAMI Bayern
  • parsley

Preparation

Creamy, hearty and full of flavour! Mushrooms, broccoli & TOMAMI Bavaria make this spaetzle pan a feel-good meal.

Dice the onions, slice the mushrooms and sauté in 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.

Divide the broccoli into small florets and add with 1 tbsp thyme, salt & pepper.

Add the spaetzle to the pan and fry for 5 mins.

Then fold in 2 tbsp crème fraîche and 2 tbsp grated mountain cheese until everything is nice and creamy.

Season to taste with TOMAMI Bayern, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
