SMOKED FETA WITH TOMAMI
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
250g Feta
100 g sour cream
500 g baby spinach
1 spring onion
1 bunch of vine tomatoes
50g fresh sprouts
2 tbsp TOMAMI # 1
1 tsp TOMAMI Ginger + Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon TOMAMI Seasoning Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Ground fennel
1 bunch of Thai basil
Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the feta in a bowl and crush with a spoon. First add the sour cream and the seasoning ingredients and stir everything together; then add the basil and spring onions.
Turn on the grill to approx. 120 C, indirect heat. Put the BBQ apple wood chunks into the grill for smoking. Now put the baby spinach in an ovenproof pan, then add the tomatoes and the feta cheese ball.
Put into the grill and smoke for about 10 minutes. Take out and allow to cool down. Finally, pour a little more TOMAMI over the dish and garnish with the sprouts.
