Sepia Spaghetti Tomami con gamberetti

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 12-15 shelled shrimps
• 1 pointed red pepper, cut into rings
• 2 garlic cloves, finely diced
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• salt, pepper and Tomami #2
• 200 g sepia spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the shrimps, garlic and pepper in olive oil. Season with smoked paprika, salt, pepper and deglaze with Tomami #2. Mix with the drained sepia spaghetti and serve with basil.
