SALAD WITH BAYERN CROUTONS FOR 2 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
60 g bread
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami)
1 handful of salad leaves
1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the bread into 1 cm cubes. Fry the bread cubes in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until golden brown and remove the pan from the heat. Season the croutons with salt and TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami).
Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Squeeze the lemon. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad well in the bowl with the dressing and distribute the croutons on top.
You can use your imagination and enrich the salad with, for example, pine nuts or nuts.
