POWER SALAD WITH SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

120 g mixed leaf salads (e.g. lettuce, cos lettuce, baby spinach, watercress etc.)
1 handful of rocket leaves
4 radishes
4-6 basil leaves
50 g sprouts of your choice (for example radish, onion)

For the dressing:
2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
4 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp water
1 teaspoon TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami)
½ teaspoon maple syrup
Salt, freshly ground pepper
A few dashes of TOMAMI Hot Sauce Chili + Ginger (buy here)

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and dry the salad leave and distribute over four plates. Wash the basil leaves, shake dry, chop finely and sprinkle over the salad leaves. Distribute the sprouts on the plates. For the dressing, mix together the tahini, sesame oil, water and TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami) and stir in the maplesyrup. Season to taste with salt and pepper and, if so desired, season with a few spritzes of TOMAMI Hot Sauce Chili + Ginger.
