PESTOBURGER – PARSLEY PESTO FOR 3 PERSONS
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
1 bunch of parsley
1/2 bunch of lemon thyme
1/4 medium sized red onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 lemon
50 ml of olive oil
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 TOMAMI # 1 (Umami) (buy here)
Salt
1 tin of sardines
3 bread rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and drain the parsley. Pluck the leaves of the parsley and the lemon thyme. Chop the parsley. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and grate the garlic. Cut the lemon zest into thin strips, then squeeze the lemon. Mix the ingredients well with TOMAMI in a bowl and season with salt. Cut the buns in half. Spread the pesto on the sliced bun, place a sardine on top, then the lemon zest and salt.
