PEAR AND ROQUEFORT SALAD

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

For the salad:
100g lamb’s lettuce
1 ripe pear, cut into fine wedges
1 small fennel bulb, cut into fine strips
1 spring onion, cut into fine rings
100g Roquefort, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon of walnuts or almonds, roughly chopped

For the dressing:
4 tbsp. sour cream
Juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. TOMAMI # 1 (buy here (https://tomami.eu/produkte/2/tomami-1/))
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Grill the pear slices on direct heat until crisp. Divide the lamb’s lettuce, pear, fennel and spring onion into portions. Stir together all the ingredients for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.

Sprinkle the Roquefort pieces and the nuts over the salad and serve.
