PASTA LITTLE ITALY WITH TOMATO AND TOMAMI

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

500 g pasta of your choice (already cooked)
300 g ground beef
1 large oxheart tomato
100 ml of cream
50 g rocket leaves
3 tbsp TOMAMI # 2 (buy here)
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

Sear the ground beef in a wok or pan with a little olive oil until it turns brown. Cut the tomato into cubes and add. Heat everything for about 5 minutes and season with TOMAMI # 2, salt and pepper.
Add the pasta and mix everything well. Add the cream and mix over a high heat; keep stirring until the cream has boiled down.

Now put the pasta mixture onto the plates and garnish with rocket leaves. Finally sprinkle with the grated Parmesan. Finito!
