ONION CHUTNEY ENRICHED WITH TOMAMI
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
2 pork steaks à 250 g each
2 large onions
4 tbsp TOMAMI # 2
4 tbsp TOMAMI Ketchup
6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1/8 l olive oil
Salt
2 teaspoons of honey
1 spring onion
1 chili
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onions, garlic, spring onions and chili.
Add salt, pepper and fry until the onions start to soften. Now add the vinegar and TOMAMI # 2 and TOMAMI Ketchup. Then add the honey and simmer gently for about 15 minutes; stir until the consistency is firm.
Prepare the pork steaks and serve with the TOMAMI chutney.
