ONE-POT CURRY WITH SPIRAL NOODLES AND TOMAMI MARRAKECH & HOT INDIA

Ingredients for 2 persons
- 250 g spiral noodles
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 2 yellow peppers (diced)
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
- 150 g sweetcorn
- 100 g brown lentils
- 200 g broccoli (in florets)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- TOMAMI Marrakech & TOMAMI Hot India to taste
Preparation
Perfect for anyone who likes things simple: This one-pot dish combines creamy coconut milk, aromatic spices and crunchy vegetables in a single pot – simple, creamy and really tasty!
Put everything directly into the pot!
250 g spiral noodles, 400 ml coconut milk, 350 ml vegetable stock, 2 yellow peppers, 1 clove of garlic, 150 g sweetcorn, 100 g brown lentils and 200 g broccoli.
Season with 1 tbsp curry powder & ½ tsp salt. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10-15 mins with the lid on. Stir occasionally.
Finally, flavour with TOMAMI Marrakech & TOMAMI Hot India – done!
