Marinated Tuna
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 400 g tuna fillet (sushi-grade)
• 4 tbsp. olive oil
• 4 tbsp. Tomami Tomato
• 4 radishes
• fennel blossoms
• 1 untreated lemon
• Rock Shives cress
• salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the tuna into thin slices with a very sharp knife and place on the plates. Marinate with olive oil and Tomami Tomato. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fennel blossoms, fine radish slices, zests of lemon peel, and Rock Chives cress. Serve with Tomami as a seasoning.
