Marinated Feta with Tomami Tomato
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 90 ml olive oil
• 75 ml lemon juice (1 lemon)
• fresh thyme leaves
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
• pink pepper berries
• 125 g feta cheese, diced
• 3 tbsp. Tomami #2 (Tomato)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme and chilli; grind the fennel seeds in a mortar and add to the mixture. Layer the feta cubes in a glass, cover with the olive oil mixture and allow to infuse.
