Lamb fillet with Zucchini-Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 300 g lamb fillet
• olive oil
• salt, pepper
• Tomami Tomato
• 2 zucchinis
• 1 chilli pepper
• 1 clove of garlic
• Parmesan
• lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the lamb fillet, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush the pan with 1 tbsp. olive oil, fry the lamb fillet on both sides for 2 minutes, place on a baking tray covered with baking paper, brush with 1 tbsp. of Tomami and bake for about 10 minutes at 80 ° C. Fry the finely chopped chili and garlic in the rest of the olive oil. With a spiral cutter slice the zucchini into spaghetti-like stripss, sauté briefly, then season with Tomami Tomato, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Slice the lamb fillet slantingly, place on the courgette spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings. Season with Tomami Tomato as desired.
