Lamb chops with Tomami gremolata

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• Lamb chops
• 1-2 cloves garlic
• 3 sprigs of rosemary
• 1/2 bunch of parsley
• 2 untreated oranges
• 3 tbsp. olive oil
• Salt, pepper
• 1-2 tbsp. Tomami Tomato

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the parsley, garlic and rosemary needles finely. Grate the orange peel. Mix with the oil and season with Tomami Tomato, salt, pepper and orange juice. Wash the meat, pat dry and grill on each side for about 2 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper and serve with the Tomami gremolata. Serve with baguette or couscous.
